By accessing and using LongRuay, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

LongRuay is a fictional wealth-life simulation for entertainment. All people, companies, assets, prices and outcomes are invented. Nothing in the service is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account (for example by signing in with Google). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Credits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. • Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash. • A validated and saved AI briefing costs the amount shown in the game. Failed AI requests and handcrafted fallback scenarios do not consume credits. • Refunds are provided when required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

All content on LongRuay, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LongRuay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service you requested.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service • Interfere with or abuse rate limits, billing, or credit systems • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account credentials with others • Upload or transmit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law

LongRuay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results or outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations • The service will be available at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongRuay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account from your profile page when signed in.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
